At the Backcountry Pursuit, we strive to involve as much of the community as humanly possible. We believe that building and supporting a strong outdoors community is the key to a successful future. We support everybody that focuses on the health and economic well being of the local community. A healthy Boise is good for us all.
In particular, there are two organizations that we really want to support. The Boise Bicycle Project and Recreation Unlimited. We need your help to support these great local, grassroots organizations. Hopefully you have some gear which you don't necessarily need any money for, but would like to get out of your garage. Bring that gear down to us and we will find it a new home. The proceeds will benefit one of these two organizations depending on what time of year the gear sells.
We are also big fans of the local music scene and attend many shows of bands who have chosen to make Boise a date on their tour. If you are a concert promoter, we invite you drop off flyers for upcoming shows in the Boise area. We have an entire section of wall dedicated to the events that make Boise such a vibrant place to live. |
